Jaidyn Raby
Jaidyn is a former Division I gymnast who earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology from Rutgers University in 2024. During her time at High Point University, she obtained her CSCS and currently serves as the community engagement chair for the Student Pro Bono Board. Her clinical interests include sports and orthopedic physical therapy, with a focus on helping athletes and active individuals optimize performance and reduce injury risk. She is particularly interested in integrating physical and psychological resilience into rehabilitation. Jaidyn’s long-term goal is to work with tactical athletes, supporting performance, readiness, and durability in high-demand environments.
Kaley Ross
Kaley earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology from High Point University. At High Point University’s Department of Physical Therapy, she serves at the president of the Health and Wellness Special Interest Group and is involved with campus recreation by providing private swim lessons to all levels of experience. She is interested mainly in pelvic health and pediatrics, with her goals being to work with peri- and post-partum mothers and pediatric patients and possibly open her own clinic in the future.

University of Delaware

Owen Bubczyk
Owen graduated from the University of Delaware in 2024, receiving an honors bachelor’s degree in kinesiology while also completing minors in strength & conditioning and disability studies. During his undergraduate career, he gained hands-on experiences with the disability population in his local community, while also learning about inclusivity from disability advocates. He has developed a passion for accessibility and aims to apply his experiences while working with individuals with disabilities as a physical therapist. During his graduate studies, he has continued to gain new perspectives on health through research involvement and engagement with various patient populations. He also has interest in pursuing a role in the education domain of the profession in the future.
Lydia Caggiano
In 2024, Lydia earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology at Ohio University, minoring in nutrition and psychology. Here, Lydia extensively researched her interests of chronic ankle instability, cancer biology, and eating disorders before realizing her desire to help others through holistic clinical practice. While studying at UDPT, Lydia joined the international Climbing SIG in hopes of becoming a PT for rock climbers, combining her passions of sport and healthcare. Navigating learning disabilities and mental health disorders, Lydia aims to advocate for those with invisible disabilities in her future career by treating the whole person, not just the injury.


Nicole Fredricks
Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2022 and her master’s degree in 2023 from Old Dominion University, where she competed as a Division I field hockey player and received three All-Big East honors. She was also named a four-time NFHCA Scholar of Distinction for academic excellence. She remains active in field hockey through officiating and coaching. Now serving as a fundraising chair for her UDPT cohort, Nicole helps raise money for the Foundation for PT Research. She has volunteered with neurologic populations and adaptive athletes, supporting physical activity and community participation. She hopes to work in a setting that integrates both athletic performance and neurologic rehabilitation.
